Chef Uncle Stephen

Uncle Stephen is such a good cook. He prepares us breakfast each morning and also cooks us dinner.
The last few days, we have been treated to crepes, half boiled eggs with buttered soldiers, fried noodles and fried rice.

Soto Batawi
For dinner, uncle Stephen has prepared for us Soto Batawi, fried tempe and Udang Saus Mentega.

Soto Batawi is a beef soup. You eat it with fried potatos, spring onions and tomatoes. It is so yummy.

Udang Saus Mentega
Udang saus mentega is prawns cooked in margarine. I have never seen giant prawns before, it is a luxury and so, so good. Grandma, can you cook this for us please. Here is the website link to the recipe.

Tempeh
Mummy loves tempeh, so Uncle Stephen bought her some and the maid fried it up for her. Tempeh is fermented soya bean.

Watch out mummy, Evie loves fried tempe too.
